Yesterday was the first session of the ‘Looking After Me’ club. This club is available every Wednesday for a total of 6 weeks for P2 and P3 children. In these session we will be looking at how to keep our selves healthy. Yesterday we looked at exercise and the boys really enjoyed some circuit exercises outside. In the following session we will be looking at healthy eating (this involves making some healthy snacks), dance, exercise and personal hygiene etc.
