Over the past week, P5-7 have taken on the role of a salesperson. They have created brochures on Microsoft Publisher using persuasive language to encourage others to buy a ticket for coming onboard the Titanic in 1912. They discussed the advantages of First, Second and Third class and outlined the price of each.
Today, the junior class came over to have a look through the brochures. They then had to choose whether they wanted to purchase a ticket and for what class. (First class tickets sold fast!)
We had our very own tour guides in the classroom as they showcased all their knowledge and work so far that is displayed around the classroom.
To end the visit, everyone was given a glow in the dark fish to place inside our sensory fish tank.
